Anne Hathaway and Cate Blanchett really upped the ante this week in promise-to-get-talked-about gowns that you either love or hate. Anne was decked out in Tom Ford's S&M garb while Cate looked like a couture Princess Leia in Givenchy's white dress. Amanda Seyfried joined Anne at the NY premiere of Les Miserables wearing an equally dramatic (but far less polarizing) black and gold Alexander McQueen gown.
Jessica Alba may be all about cozy scarves and print jeans in her off time, but the girl loves to slip into leather for the red carpet. She let her inner rock star shine in a Narciso RodriguezLBD for Spike TV's Video Game Awards. Meanwhile, Rosamund Pike went the opposite route for the Jack Reacher London screening in our second McQueen gown of the week, this one a sunny yellow number with a stunning open back.
