The never-ending saga of Lindsay Lohan's legal woes continued today. A judge officially revoked the actress' probation, six months after she crashed her rental Porsche into a dump truck, reports TMZ. The next step? Possibly jail time.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey yanked the probation in a hearing today, due to charges of obstructing an officer, lying to an officer, and reckless driving, stemming from the June accident. The move was basically a formality, since probation is revoked whenever there's an allegation of a violation. However, Lohan's next court date, scheduled for January 15, could be much more serious. Prosecutors could also bring up the star's latest nightclub brawl incident, for instance.

And, if Godfrey decides those charges do, in fact, violate the terms of Lohan's probation (stemming from that jewelry heist ordeal), then she could face up to 245 days in jail. TMZ's sleuthy sources say the judge is "not a big jail person," so the slammer definitely isn't a sure thing.

Worth noting: Lohan did not have to appear in court today. Instead, her lawyer Shawn Holley took care of business and told reporters: "We're all hoping to get this behind us very quickly."
